1. Thank you for choosing TEFAL products. Please read instructions carefully and comply with its recommendations.
Keep the PRODUT SERVICE GUIDE together with the proof of purchase in the form of retailer’s bill (or receipt) of sale or invoice in a safe place in order to obtain warranty service.
2. We grant two years guarantee on the whole product commencing on the date of purchase (unless there are special statutory rights in your country).
Accessories are warranted for three months from the date of original purchase.
All wastage annexes can’t be obtaining warranty service (accessories or wastage annexes refer to the instructions).
3. The faulty product must be delivered to your nearest TEFAL Authorized Service Center listed in this Guide when the service is required.
Warranty service does not include any delivery charges.
4. The warranty service is pursuant to the provision of the Law of Protection of Consumers’ Rights and Quality Law of the People’s Republic of China.
It undertakes to provide the user with free repair of the product and replace defective parts during the specified period without limiting any legal rights of the user.
5. This warranty will not apply if the appliance has been previously altered, or serviced by anyone other than service center authorized by TEFAL to render such service.
The appliance has been subject to normal wear and tear, improper voltage and transportation, the appliance used for commercial purpose, accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, or operated contrary to the instructions contained in the accompanying manual.
Also not covered are batteries, carrying case, Adapters, or other accessories packed with the appliance.
6. In case of the required part or pars is/are subject to import restriction, please understand that it may take much longer time to repair the appliance.
7. If your appliance is outside the guarantee period and not cover by the warranty service, the defective appliance will be serviced for cost of parts and labor.
